The innovative TLS lumber design results in reduced elasticity and no more sagging, the firm base sheet enhances the feel and softness of the memory foam mattress, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. They have engineered machined dual pivoting CNC hinges, setting a new standard for flat hinge design. These hinges are not only incredibly strong and reliable but also provide the flattest mattress and frame possible, ensuring a better sleep for you.
Avid have also made significant enhancements to the LevelTech leg design. By incorporating larger springs and an improved track design, they have created the strongest and easiest-to-operate leg system on the market. Both models of the Benchmark Ultra feature a 5-season dual-layer duvet arrangement that is fully reversible. The duvet is topped with the EX waterproof fabric, a luxurious heavy-duty peach skin material that offers unprecedented waterproofing and comfort. To further enhance your comfort, the duvet includes draught baffles on both the external and internal layers.

Delivery Times
Place your order before 1.00pm Monday to Friday and we will aim to dispatch your order the same day (Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays), otherwise we will aim to dispatch it the next working day. We currently use ParcelForce for all orders.
- ParcelForce: Orders are usually delivered the next working day after dispatch. Extra Large (eg.Bedchair) or Long items will be sent on a 48 hour service.
Non Mainland
Deliveries of standard parcels up to 24kg to addresses in these areas will be charged at the cost of £24.99. Parcels of 25kg and over or 1.4m long or 80cm or more on 2 sides will be quoted individually.

Returns
We are happy to cancel, exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they are returned to us in original condition and have not been used or altered in anyway, within seven working days of delivery. Under these circumstances the postal charges will not be refunded. If we have made an error with your order or have sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will resolve with the error as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges.
Any products that are returned for non-broken reasons (e.g. unwanted after cooling off period) may incur a restocking charge of up to 15%.
Faults
Most items sold by Melton Angling come with at least a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. If a product develops a fault within the warranty period, assistance will be provided by way of spares, repair or replacement depending on the type of product purchased. Wear and tear is not covered by any manufacturer's warranty.
Any item that was found faulty at the point of delivery may be returned for free repair, replacement or refund, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase, and the faulty item is returned complete with all components and original packaging. All faults & defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in respect of fair wear and tear.
When returning an item, please attach a note explaining details of any fault, along with your customer order number and your personal details inside the parcel. Please package your item(s) securely. All items returned by post are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting using a recorded service (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing you have provided us with the necessary information inside the return parcel.
